Hi, I had cancelled a train ticket (Pnr-[protected]) on 30 dec and irctc is showing that amount of rs. 410 has been refunded to zkpy on 3 jan, but i don't received a single penny in my bank account till now (7 jan) Now i want to file a complain for proper proceedings, kindly suggest me the right addressee regarding the same.
