Dear sir
I have tried to book tatkal ticket on 15 oct 2017 from nellore to aluva the amount had deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as the seats was not available.. But i didn't get my refund amount.. The amount was 1020/-. My transaction i'd is [protected]. I have attaches the screenshot for your reference. Kindly review the same and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have made my ticket from a different account and i am not letting to cancel my ticket through my initiate account please help me to do so.
Train number 17308 coach no s5 is like garbage ..not at all cleaned.all passengers getting trouble by this huge dirty in this coach..pls do solve as early as possible
