Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — regarding refund not yet received | |||||
I have cancelled a ticket on 24/11/18 having journey dated 26/11/18 from hwh to ndls (Train no. 12301), pnr-[protected], cancellation id - [protected]. But i haven't received the refund yet. It's more than 20 days now and i haven't received my refund. I have talked to the customer care but they are noe responding at all and they are not giving utr no. Or any other document that can be shown to the bank for tracking my refund... It's to much annoying that such a scan is going on bank is saying contact to irctc and irctc is saying contact to bank... And i am stuck between bank and irctc for my refund... Take the necessary course of action or i will file rti against irctc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
