I had booked the following tickets for my parents - both senior citizens.
Their onward train from cbe to mas on 17-aug was "cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances" as per sms received from indian railways.
Hence they could not travel from cbe to mas, as there was no ticket available in alternative trains as well for 17-aug.
Since they could not travel onward, they could not travel on the return ticket on 18-aug as well.
However, since the return ticket was booked under tatkal scheme, system does not allow me to file tdr to get refund.
Both my parents are senior citizens and there was no ticket availability in alternative trains on 17-aug, due to this they could not take the return journey.
Considering this situation, i request you to kindly allow full refund of the return ticket (Pnr no. [protected]).
