Hi, I have tried booking tatkal ticket for travelling from secunderabad to visakhapatnam. I have logged in using userid: vydehi400, and i have passed passengers list, while the moment i made payment it was redirected to sbi and after a while, i got error like failed and returned to login page. The pnr number is: [protected]. Sbi transaction no:[protected]. I didn't get any confirmed message at website as well as to my registered mobile number. Since it is tatkal booking, i have made second transaction for my required travel. Later i got a message like confirmed ticket. Because of your website and sbi online transaction problem i lost rs. 2060/-. Please do refund my money back as soon as possible. I called to one of your customer care numbers, i didn't get proper response. I called [protected] number and spoke one of your representative and she told me that, call was diverted to manager and call hold for 16 minitues and disconnected. Please find my another booked pnr no: [protected]. Because of the irctc and sbi problem these things happened. What did i do, in the situation of tatkal ticket booking like the moment i entered all my debit card details and make payment, i didn't get any confirmation message of regarding confirmation of my ticket and got error message and redirected to login page. So that i made another booking. What you will do in case of this situation. Actual website (Server) response should be: After make payment it will redirect to irctc website and need to give the information of booking details. Happened situation in my case: After make payment, i got error message and redirected to irctc login page. Then what i can do at that time. And how i predict my ticket was confirmed. How do i travel on same train and same time in different coaches. Is it possible to anyone? I need more clarification on this. Always your customer care service numbers are either not working or busy. If you are not authorized to deal this situation, escalate this to higher authority.
