Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Seasonal ticket booked, but ticket not delivered | |||||
My transaction ID is [protected] and STR no is 9587BNC003. I had booked my monthly seasonal ticket from Vaitarna to CST-Churchgate on September 30, 2016 to travel from October 5, 2016. However, it's already October 5 now and still the tickets have not been delivered. Even track your status option is not working in the website. I called their customer care number, but even they couldn't help me. They said that they don't look after Mumbai local trains. You need to write a mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in. I wrote a mail too almost 3 times, but to no reply. Please let me know the status ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
