Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — selected wrong reason of filing tdr from drop down menu

I have filed tdr for train no: 11463 somnath jabalpur express; doj: 01/08/2019. The train got diverted and did not reach boarding station so could not get train. Tdr no [protected]. The reason i have selected by mistake was train diverted and did not reach destination station. It should have been train diverted and did not reach boarding station instead. Please consider this one
