Hello,
My self k. Sujith kumar,
I have booked 2 tatkal tickets on 20th june 2017 on my ip address, after a week i tried to book 2 more tatkal tickets from the same ip adress but it's showing you are allowed only 2 tatkal tickets from 10am to 12pm per ip address their for i am not able to use my ip address once more to book tickets.
The data provider provides only one ip address per each registration,
But now how do i get new ip address, in the rules of tatkal it's mentioned that:
-only six tatkal tickets per month.
-only two tatkal tickets per ip address in a day.
But i can't us the same ip address once again
From where i have to get different type of ip address.

I have added some money to the IRCTC Wallet. Today, when i am trying to login to my account by using my credentials it is showing invalid user. i am giving correct input. when i go for forget password it is showing Input validation failed. please suggest me what to do.

Their is not general department available in train all general passenger travel in reservation department please ansure that all general department passenger can't be travel in reservation department

I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was PAYTMAG Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.
