I tried to book tatkal ticket on 28.05.2016 through IRCTC website for journey from Chennai to Hyderabad by Hyderabad Express. At 10.00 AM I found the availability as 38 Nos. When I tried to make the payment availability was 22 Nos. My banking transaction was successful but the ticket did not get booked. I got the error message as " We are experiencing network delays. After one hour we will let you know if the transaction was put through successfully. Twice I attempted and I got the same message.Amount of Rs.1410.8 got debited twice from my account. When I tried to book once again within five minutes of the earlier transaction, the status of availability changed to WL38. I feel something fishy about the booking process for tatkal tickets Was this information helpful? | |||
