I was trying to book tatkal ticket but i received an error "error details You are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address" Around 3 month ago i never used my irctc id and laptop (Wifi) for tatkal ticket There are giving wrong answer about this problem Irctc doing big blander nothing else. Irctc doing benefiting the own agents and normal public is suffering. Most of people do not know "what is ip address"?
