IRCTC website link forn filing TDR is not working since 2 days..when selecting the booking to be cancelled...it sits and rotates as shown in the attached image with the mail.I have been trying to do the TDR filing since 2 days...thinking it might work the second day...now i don't have time for 1 more day as they say 72 hours...so what has to be done next..I want a refund since I have not travelled as the train was late for more than 3 hours!!!
