Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr refund problem

I booked a ticket from mtj (Mathura jn) to bsp (Bilaspur jn). Pnr no is [protected]. Due to train late more than 5 hours my family didn't travelled. I cancelled ticket & file a tdr for that according to irctc tdr rules (Cancelation id - [protected], & registration no[protected], but still now i did not get refund. My family has traveled another train on 4th jan from mathura to kolkta (Pnr no are-[protected] & [protected]).. I mailed them for refund but they didn't refund money.
