With reference to transaction no. [protected] dated 27.01.2018 while booking ticket through irctc, an amount of rs. 290 was deducted but ticket has not been booked/generated. Due to deduction i was unable to book ticket again. Train no 5765 kakathiaya passenger from secundarabad to manuguru Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.
