Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket booking | |
Irctc is cheating customer by the taking out payment from customer and not booking ticket as we loose both service charge multiple times and also we don't get ticket booked. This is happening multiple times. Even after bank payment is processed and transfered to irctc they dont confirm the ticket. If it is a one scenario that would been agreed as due technical traffic, but it happens also with high speed internet usage. They just fool common people. Was this information helpful? | |
