I have cancelled tickets on 18.08.2017, pnr numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] of which amount has not been refunded till date. We have contacted a number of times through irctc customer care number and also sent a number of mails but amount has not been refunded. Ticket ids are 6899873, 6849116, 6873236, 7158801, 6987273.
