I had trying to reserve ticket in 13019/ bagh express on 12th october. They have deducted money from my account 6 times and also i got message that was "an amount of rs 1115.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 12-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." And "an amount of rs 1115.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 12-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." But after 17 days from that day till i didn't get it back. Ticket was in my name amit dey Was this information helpful? | |
