Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket id:-2428162

I tried booking my ticket through irctc app. I paid through UPI. Money got deducted from the bank and there was no response in the app. I reopened the app. In transaction history it is not showing the ticket details.
Date of Booking :- 12/12/18
Date of Journey :- 22/12/18
Name of the passenger :- D.Ravi Teja
Transaction id(irctc) :-[protected]

Money got deducted.. here is the proof I've attached a document
Kindly sort out the issue.
