Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket not booked.. still amount debited

Rs. 345.00 spent on card xx5581 on[protected], 10:55:56 at one97 communication li, delhi

I tried to book the train ticket.. But error pop-up came after payment. Amount got debited from my account. I yet to receive the refund amount of rs. 345. This is a month end and so please take care of this with high priority.
When can i expect the refund.. Please take care of this asap..
