I had filed a tdr on 29 sept 2017, (Ref pnr no [protected]), the status on your portal is showing as "cr registered" but the money has not been returned to my account.
The train no 12413 was more than 3 hours late and therefore i did not take that train. I had to take a cab and reach my destination by spending more than 2 times the amount.
