Still date we are not received the amount (Or) no reply from '[protected]@irctc.co.in'; '[protected]@irctc.co.in' (Or) '[protected]@irctc.co.in'.

Please don needful on this.

Today I booked a premium tatkal ticket from the hijili junction to Nizamuddin junction and paid through BHIM powered by Paytm and money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked and it still is showing pending from bank side but the amount has been deducted. Please help me out here, either give me a ticket or give me a refund.

Now it's showing Not booked but still, I haven't got any refund. You can see both the photos have the same transaction id. So after some time it just happened that ticked was not booked and money was also not refunded.
