On 8th july 2017 i have booked 3 tickets from bikaner to howrah for 5th october 2017 in the irctc connect app from my mobile. I have done the transaction from my debit card but the result is that i have not get booked my tickets. So i want my money back or i want the reason for this and also my ticket should be booked. I tried to contact the irctc care tollfree no. Which are: [protected] [protected] But they are saying that please wait while we are connecting your phone call and again the result is nothing. I was travelling from delhi to jammu by rajdhani express on 1st July 2017. PNR no.[protected], train no. 12425, seat no. B8-20. I lost my black coloured luggage consisting of my clothes, shoes etc.if found pl return it t me.
