Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — transaction failed but payment deducted from my bank account.

Dear sir/madam
I did book a ticket from indore to baran on 19/11/2017 for the journey date 22/11/2017. The ticket is not book but amount of ticket deducted from my bank account. Related this problem i did call to irctc help line and follow their instructions for refunding. I did email transaction ids on [protected]@irctc.co.in but not get my amount back. So i want to say you that please solve my this problem as soon as possible.

I did not receive any response from the other side regarding my this complaint please keep pressurise to IRCTC to solve my problem.
