Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — transaction failed / tickets not generated but amount debited from savings account (2 times)

I have used debit card during transaction total 3 times on 10/07/2019 around 9.45 am, but among them 1st 2 times ticket not issued but amount (Rs 651.47 & rs 651.47) debited from my savings bank account.

Please take necessary action so that i can get back the amount (2x 651.47 = 1302.94) as early as possible.
