Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — transaction failure but money not refunded

I booked one tatkal ticket from visakhapatnam to vijayawada (Train no 17244) on 28/12/2018 through the irctc app but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 385/- was, however, got debited from my sbi account. Their failed transaction id is - [ [protected] ] dated 28/12/2018.

So please do the refund to my respective account.
