Dear IRCTC Customer Care, Today (25/11/2017) I tried booking a ticket online two times. Once I made payment through paytm wallet and the second time through debit card. Both the times the money has been deducted from my account but the booking has not been confirmed and the status was showing payment requested both the times. The booking transaction ids are [protected] and [protected]. I will be obliged if you look into the matter and refund my money back. Amount of rs 225.9 has been deducted from my debit card and an amount of Rs 224.67 has been deducted from my paytm wallet. The screen shots of both has been attached below.
