After the nget system, i'm unable to book tatkal not even once in past few months. Previously i was able to book successful tatkal tickets. I'm not an agent, only a common citizen. Mostly the response timesout after card payments. I tried irctc ewallet as well, but after entering the transaction password, it asks for otp and i never got it, even after retrying many times. I hate the new system.

Respected sir I cancelled my ticket PNR no [protected] and [protected] respectively pnbe to ndls, ndls to pnbe still I have not received my refund in my account, so please short out my problem regarding 20'th Oct 2018
