I am unable to book any tickets from irctc website as its saying my profile is not updated where as i am using this account for booking tickets since a year. Don't know how my personal info lost from website. Ok fine so i went to update the profile where i can see only email and phone information is lost which is mandatory fields, so i am trying to fill the details but your alert is so dangerous that once it appears on top of screen it won't leave and when succeed to fill email to asks for otp sent to my email and when i enters otp it says failed verification.
