Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — unable to reset transaction password if length of login password is greater than 10 character

I had forgot my transaction password of e-wallet, so i was trying to reset my transaction password. To reset transaction password, users need to give two input, first one is email id and other is Login password (length should be max 10 digit). i was unable to reset my transaction password because length of my login password was more than 10 digit.
Before reset my transaction password, i had reset my login password with max 10 digit, after that i was able to reset my transaction password.
