I was booking ticket from Mugalsarai to Delhi on 26 Nov 2017 for 27 Nov 2017 but ticket was not booked. My payments deducted two times with two different amount and ticket was not booked. I have called and emailed them several times daily but no one is replying back or giving a solution to me.

The refund status of my cancelled e ticket shows" REFUNDED" on 21st Nov 2017 . The refund Id being [protected] but it has not been credited to my bank account
