Dear Sir, I added Rs. 1100 in my UTS R-Wallet of IRCTC on November 16, 2018 through my SBI debit card. The money got deducted from my bank but not added in R-Wallet of SBI. I made the payment at 09:13 am on November 16, 2018. Kindly look in the matter and provide me refund as soon as possible. Also the customer care department o[censored]TS is not replying properly.
