Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — very low performance during peak tatkal booking time

Please increase the number of servers on which the application is hosted. Due to the heavy network traffic, and increase in number of online bookings, peak time performance of the application is very, very low.
The server crashes and/or is extremely slow, making it impossible for customers to book their tickets efficiently.
It is your responsibility to make sure that there is no problem from your end.
