Hi, I tried to canclled ticket using irctc mobile app for adi to pune dated on 11th oct and jouney date is 14th oct. My current communication ticket id with irctc is 7128855. I am following them from last 3 month and already provided my bank statement 3 times to confirm them about not received refund amount but still matter does not progress and not getting proper response.
