Hello sir / madam Im sadly drafting this complaint against the ttr who had charged fine from my dad who had tarvelled from station tvm to allp on 29th jan 2018, 6 am train no:12076 I have booked for him through irctc site and the wl118 shown aftrr the chart was prepared, before that it was 230. As my father is not much literated, while the ttr came for checking for the ticket he called me and gave the phone to ttr, i said to him about the wl number and he said name is not there blah blah just pay and go # dialoges. Is this the way to talk!!! We paid for service and he still charged a penalty of rs 365!!! I wish to complaint or lodge a file against this. Came across this complaint forum thought this might help!! Its not about the money matter but the way people treat without completely knowing the whole scenario!!! Not every ttr are bad but still some are. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir mai jansatabi(12024)exp me 2ticket reservation karya 22/01/2018 ke date me but mujhe Jana nahi so hamane ticket cacil Kiya but mera balance abhi tab refund nahi hua so I request you please refund my balance on my bank account...
