Such a non-sense site i have ever met so far. The new website is worse than the old one. If my required condition is not met for booking ticket - like preferred seats or berth, then why it is getting redirected to transaction page and debiting amount from my bank account. This i tried for more than 6 time today and found it to be so much non-sense and at the end only my time and money has got wasted, without booking tickets. It gets logged out without saying unsuccessful message. The customer care number is even worse. Preferred language is english but people who ask pick up asks us to speak hindi. When i preferred english they hold the phone for few minutes and only disconnect after that. Such an bad experience. The site is very poor and does not function up to the expectation. It has not been checked before launching. Last night i tried to register my aadhaar card and it sent me an otp, but typing that otp showed an error message - which is a programming error. Very poor site. I felt that the older one was much easier than the new one. The mobile version of the site is even worse. Every time i click the login icon it asks for registration. I have canceled a ticket of amount 555 BIKANER DADAR SUPER FAST EXPRESS ON 9 JUNE 2018. IRCTC TOLD me that I Will Get 453 RS Refund IN MY ACCOUNT IN 7 Working Days but I don't get refund after 10 days PNR NO. [protected] I have tried to contact irctc costumer care but they did not reply my emails
