I booked my ticket to travel on 2nd July 2018 by Pallavan super fast express 12606 from SRGM to MS with WL 123.On 2nd JUly 2018 at 5.00 AM WL status was 11 after chart preparation.I checked PNR status SMSto 139 found same.I was travelling at D4 coach.While travelling coach TTE informed me this is considered as cancelled for online booked tickets and insisted me to produce ticket or pay penalty.As I had no information or SMS message from IRCTC regarding cancellation of ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I was forced to getdown from the train or pay penalty because my case considered as travelling with out ticket.My Ticket cancellation information received only 3 rd July 2018 at 1;46 PM and amount will 80 will be refunded to my account in 3-4 days.In this i would like to inform IRCTC since my ticket cancellation information not received before my boarding/travel time from SRGM I am not fault. IRCTC should allow me to travel with same WL ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I faced great difficulties to by new ticket and to travel late with different trains.So IRCTC should refund my entire ticket fare of 140 with suitable compensation due to inconvenience caused to me.
