I booked a tatkal tickets and i made a mistake o name and age so at that moment i cancelled the ticket but no refund is provided because of there worst policy of not providing the refund on tatkal cancelation. What is this worst policy? I cancelled the ticket at that moment and made new tatkal reservation. I want my refund i do not believe this worst policy or provide me details what a person can do if person had input wrong name because there was no option for editing the ticket and no refund. I made cancelation because i thaught that ticket will get wasted or will be used by a needy person. But you do not take care of your customer's interest. I know no action will be taken against my complaint because irctc do not take care of their customer's interest their ego of monopoly over railways is so much that they never reply to there customers Was this information helpful? | |
