I had ordered a dress. Which turned out to be defective. I made a return with an extra charge of rs.300. They have received the product but they have not refund my amount....

Order#[protected] placed through online shopping on www.indiarush.com and was duly returned with-in next few days, due to low quality standards... return pick-up was done vide return pick#[protected]... copy of return pick-up slip duly provided to indiarush.com and acknowledgement duly received... but till date refund is not being processed inspite of regular follow-ups over phone and e-mails. I placed an order from India rush and returned as the quality is cheap and there are some dirty marks on the dress the same . Hi I ordered a saree from IndaiRush but it was completely different as shown online and when I tried calling there number to return it that number was not contactable and when I mailed them regarding this there was no proper response from them. I had ordered a watch from Indiarush on 14 Aug which was not working when delivered. I had returned it and after so much discussions they had agreed to give me my money back on 10 Oct (i have this in written.. they sent an email for the same).
