My daughter in her life first time went to your bank to open a s/b a/c. Your concern staff just kept her standing and neglecting her she was attending those who have long after her, where as her job was to get my daughter 's signature in front of her as I had already filled the form previous day and told the staff that my daughter will come and sign, the form also kept with your staff. After a long time when she was not responding, my daughter has to come back without opening the a/c. Such a bitter experience she had about the bank now she is not at all interested to go to the bank any more. This kind of attitude of a public servant is not desired. I booked a ride from AXA building dated 7-SEPT-2015 at 7:30AM through OLA APP, one OLA MINI cab. I was travelling to whitefield. Consumer must aware that at this time OLA have marked as peek time and hence charging either 2.2X, or 2X, or 1.8X and so on. Luckily I booked a cab as normal rate on the same time twice. 1st time driver made checkout coz the OLA did want to loose extra profit. 2nd time while I was sitting inside the OLA cab, OLA staff called the driver and told not to provide service as this person have somehow booked the cab on normal rates. I had opened IRCTC account in Apr 2006. At present, it is deactivated as my mobile number and email id was associated with other account too. But being as a legitimate user I am refrain from accessing my account. I had words with customer care executive and had mail communications with [protected]@irctc.co.in. In mail I was reverted with the answer that once account once deactivated cannot be activated again due to linkage of same mobile number with other account. So I have some grievances which I feel are appropriate and valid. My question is to concern department. GRIVANCES & QUERIES Why it was allowed to create two accounts with same email id and mobile number ? It could have been validated. Why there wasn't a validation to validate unique user. If it wasn't there Is it the legitimate customer's mistake who is not responsible for such missing security validations in the system. Considering a scenario that I have created one account with my own mobile number and email address. After that some other person accidentally or deliberately uses same email id and mobile number then as per IRCTC policy both accounts will be deactivated. In such case, first legitimate user is restricted from his access to the ticketing system which is inappropriate and unethical. Therefore, I request you to activate first legitimate among the below mention account (of course first would be real account) so that other account holding by other person will remain deactivated. By first legitimate account I mean the account which was created first as per Time stamp.
Sir, With respect to consumer No. C[protected], Sreekaryum, Trivandum we are facing regular power failures in our area. I have met the executive engineer and concerned staff at KSEB, Sreekaryum but they have not taken any action till date. The response from KSEB is very pathetic in this regard. Dear Sir, I have an salary account on ICICI bank at Chennai Egmore branch today i went to withdrawal Rs.5000 from my wifes SBI Bank account - A/c No - [protected], SBI Pottassery branch, palakkad, kerala. by using the ATM of ICICI - Talakavery layout ATM (Amrutahalli, Bangalore) ATM Code is 360 as per slip. but due to ATM machine problem i have got receipt of Rs.5000 and to my shock recieved a sum of Rs.1500 only. Rs.5000 has been debited from the account also. Would like to know what is the further action i need to take on this subject and how much time it will take to resolve this issue. We had a online reservation cum ticket booking from valvod to ambaji as on 01 / 09 / 2015. One passenger started journey from valvod, and another one from borsad. The conductor was asking for fare from borsad to ambaji. With the another one why??? Is that a crime to make online booking? Can a passenger sit from ex station? I have registered a complaint in your borsad depot's comp. Book. He said he is not having any information about your online booking. . . !. Is that a problem of the customers ? If no. Then make the people educate, and not to hares your customers.

I have had several poor experiences with rediff shopping. Given below is the email sent by your customer service representatives. It is clear that all the effort is expected from customers, whereas being a SME on customer service I know that it is the job of the company to ensure that customers expend as little effort as possible. I want the toaster picked up from my home and cash returned to me - I cannot be concerned with the policies. The toaster blew up the entire circuit of my home. I am fed up and on the brink of becoming nasty with social media feeds. This is not a threat but the desperateness of a regular customer who has been harassed several times.

Dear Ola, its very sad that you cancel the booking on your own. * Booked the cab on 2nd sep night for 7 :00 am for 3rd sep. * got driver details at around 6:45 am on 3rd sep, than called the driver for the pick-up and he replied i can't come. * after that i called the customer care than she replied " Sorry we don't have any cab right now, you arrange yourself " * this all hues took lot of time and, it was 7:10 am. * I have to rush by my own arrangement to catch the train . I got an SMS that is "TopUp is successful". But these amounts were not credited to the Beneficiarie's Accounts. So please refund these amounts to my SB account.
I ordered herbal medicine from US through online. It was shipped through USPS and reached Mumbai customs on 18-August.
