This is Anima Singh. I m consumer of IGL due to lockdown we not in city for many month in Year 2020 n 2021 as well.
U hv generated bill for June but premises lock since April 25, will u pls let us know how it happened?...

Despite repeated calls to customer care from last 28 days after installation of meter connection is not fixed with burner, my complaint was assigned to Mr.Rohit, who kept on giving one or other excuse of not coming.
After 10 days contacted customer care and registered complaint they gave of assurance to turn up in 3 working days, but no one turned up.
After calling customer care again and again from last 10 days and latest complaint...

Request for TF connection repeatedly to customer care. No fruitful result yet. Same response being given again and again that the case has been forwarded. Please resolve the issue at the earliest....

Its more than 4.5 months allready but my IGL connection is not done they put the meter also . I have paid 6000/- and the payment is deducted from my account also.

Meter has been installed and pipeline is installed but supply has not been started from one year...

There is a gas leakage through my stove, I have checked the pipeline with IGL personnel and they said it’s through the stove which they will not check or repair. Also the intensity of fire is not proper in my stove. Need to be checked urgently....

Myself Leela Rana and my bp no [protected] and rajisterd mo no is [protected] . civil engineer mr Tarun and mr Arun does not do his work properly they build faulty chamber, and igl engineer do not passed it.l called so many times to him and urged him to change it or make proper chamber, they're not taking care he told me for tomorrow and it takes longer so many tomorrow gone .at last I need your help please take some action...

The gas stove is not working, the intensity of fire on the burner was flickering until it went off. It needs to get repaired....

On[protected], i did self billing through iglconnect. But discount of rs. 15/- was not given in my bill. I spoke to mr. Parshant on the same on this. He said discount of rs. 15/- will be given in next bill.

Again today on[protected], i did self billing through iglconnect and again discount of rs. 15/- is not given.
I spoke to mr. Abhishekh on this. He said, he will forward my complaint.

My wife making break fast morning at 1000 hrs suddenly blast in gas stove and all glass layer is broken due to blasting of stove...

Please be informed that my house is empty since 2 years, hence, no one is using gas anymore. I am still receiving bills. Please look into this matter and let me know the genuine outstanding amount. refer the reference number in mail trail get the billing issue resolved asap.
I sent the current meter readings as well the customer care git back to me and said no meter reading was sent . It is so disappointing and frustrating.

Hi, shared the details a month back for new connection installation, but the person taken all documents and cheque is not responding to my calls and also connection is still pending to installation, cheque is also cleared 20 days back and now no further information.

This is regarding IGL connections applied in 2018 by me and other members of our colony.
We all have made Rs. 6000 initial payment in 2018.
Line has been laid on the street in front of my home long time back.
Line alongwith meter from my kitchen to the road was also laid in 2018.
No progress is done therafter.
Line in front of my house is not charged. Although it is charged about 100 meters away...

I have applied for new igl gas connection in April 2021 and full payment was done. But even after three months and numerous service requests and complaints gas supply has not started.
Please look into this. Request you to please start gas supply asap.

We are facing difficulties as gas supply is an essential commodity for an household.
