Iprof — Cancel my order but not cancelled by company

Hello sir/mam
I am a student and i purchased a product from http://classic.iprofindia.com on 18/02/2016 and this is order id "49800" but i dont agree with it so i want to cancel my oder and i call them after 3-4 hours but customer care told me that its not cancel please check terms and conditions of website and i checked terms and conditions there is a terms and conditions about cancellation policy is that "Cancel Order" request for all prepaid orders can be placed within 12 hours from the booking time of the order. and i also send you a screenshot of terms and conditons of website. and i also send a email to customer support on 19/02/2016 when i dont get any good respone on call and when i send a email them than i get a ticket no. for complaint and this is complaint ticket number "72592" but they also dont send me any type of response through email. and u can also check my call details which shows that i call them before 12 hours. i call them through these no.
