I ordered Mi tablet with 2× 32 GB + 4gb memory card. It contained Jee mains and Computer programming software.
There were several problems in the tablet as well as in the SD card. When I called up customer care there was no proper response for my complaint and hence returned my product within 7 days of getting delivered as per Iprof's policy.
Today 15 days are Past but Iprof has not issued my cheque and also now when I called up customer care there is no proper response.
So now My money as well as my product is with Iprof and they are still not refunding my money back. Was this information helpful? |
