Irctc — about same ip address

sir, kindly make sure and inform me that irctc user id 'sumiratn' which is my id on irctc from which i was booking my ticket on mondey 9/2/2014 in tatkal hours, and a massage was shown that You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address, I want to know that what is my ip addres at that time and who is else one using my ip addresses and booked ticket kindly inform me as soon as possible, they replied that: We would like to inform you that w.e.f 21-mar-2012, only two tickets per IP address can be booked between 10:00 a.m and 12:00 a.m as per the restriction Implemented on our website due to some security reasons. We are sorry for the inconvenience but this restriction will remain in force. what should i do?
