[Resolved] Irctc — By Mistake Confirmed Tatkal ticket cancelled and ticket cancelled but no refund in my account | |||
Unfurtanutally I have cancelled the ticket detail i.e. Transaction ID-[protected], PNR No-[protected], Train No & Name-14554/HIMACHAL EXPRESS, Date of Booking-29th Aug 2014, Date of Journey-30th Aug 2014 from NDLM to DLI but did not get any refund to my account after cancellation if there was 0 refund the ticket should not have cencelled and it should have warned for zero refund before cancellation. So I sincerely request the irctc authority to do some changes in the design of the software to protect the innocent and poor people to loose any money by mistake.
