Irctc — CANCELLATION WITHOUT CONSENT | |||
I booked a Premium Tatkal eticket with transaction ID [protected] on 19th June 2015 through the IRCTC website. It was a confirmed ticket with PNR no [protected], however I got a message at 15:06 PM saying that the ticket had been cancelled with a cancellation ID: [protected]. Since it was a PT ticket, I am entitled to no refund, however I never initated a request to cancel the ticket and hence, I am suffering a loss of 1210/- without cause.
