I booked ticket for my wife and father for ANVT GKP Special train 05027, PNR No. [protected]-scheduled on 17.06.2015. While booking there was option to fill food category whether Veg or Non- Veg. I applied for Non-Veg.
While boarding on train at 20.55 on 17.06.2015, it was announced that no dinner will be provided at night. Food will be provided tomorrow and tomorrow morning they provide sandwhich with tea.
I fail to understand if they are charging triple times the fare and also in writing saying that we will provide food than why such mischievious act on the part of catering.
Govt. is trying to fool us. I request you to please refund the catering chrges levied to me as there was deficiency in services from your part.
