Irctc — concelled ticket amount not refound

Hello sir, I am booked e-ticket in surat(st) to salem jn(sa) sl class for 4 Jan pnr no: [protected] but some reason i was cancelled my ticket 7 fab.cancelled id no:[protected] but till date amount not recevied in my account. So refound the amount. Thank you. Best Regards, Arun.
