I raised a complaint with IRCTC after booking a Tatkal Ticket with DISHA and selecting the "Book only if confirmed" option. I never received the two options mentioned in the closed case
"yes or no" before completing payment and receiving a waitlisted ticket therefore the 60 rupees fee is a fraudulent charge and there is a problem with the DISHA AI chatbook booking system.
IRCTC told me when I spoke with a live agent at their customer care that they have no way to raise a case against DISHA nor do they have any contact number to contact regarding the DISHA booking system. Instead they told me to search online for the support # for DISHA.
I raised a new complaint with a manager in regards to the above.
This seems like a circle jerk and a money grabbing scheme by IRCTC. Let's hope they get the message people will not stand for this outright fraud. Was this information helpful? |
