I mithilesh kumar mishra, want to let you know that i had booked my tickets from barh to bandel on 23rd of july 2019 but during the payment time, my account was debited but the transaction failed and no ticket was booked. It's more than 2 weeks but i didn't receive the money back. My refund amount is not not received to my account. I tried to contact to irctc helpline number but they asked me contact to my bank executive.. As they didn't received the amount. I tried to contact to bank but they asked me to talk to irctc executive for this. My amount got stuck somewhere in between. So i kindly request you to help me regarding this issue. My payment was done by my sbi debit card and the transaction id is [protected]
