Irctc — Filled TDR more then 3 months ago,but didnt receive the refund

Hi,
I am Anurag Agarwal booked a ticket for 4 family persons from delhi(ndls) to jasidih(jsme) for 18th feb by train#.12304(Poorva Express).
As train was more then 10 hr late so we didn't traveled by it and filled the TDR.
It was more then 3 months and still i didnt receive the refund.
