1. With reference to:---
a) My transaction ID:[protected] Train No:12805 / JANMABHOOMI EXP PNR No:[protected].
b) My transaction ID:[protected] Train No:22880 / TPTY BBS SF EXP PNR No:[protected]
2. I have not completed my onwards and return journey due to HUDHUD cyclone at visakhapatnam. Due to non availability of power at visakhapatnam i am unable to file the TDR for the above said transaction.
3. It is requested that kindly process to get the my ticket amount and same may be debited to my account at the earliest. I am herewith enclosing my ticket copy with this mail.
